Adel Clinic
Our Adel clinic is located within Adel Health, a healthcare facility that provides a convenient setting for a range of health and wellbeing services.

Professional Registration and Memberships
All of our podiatrists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are proud members of the Royal College of Podiatry.
HCPC registration means our clinicians meet the nationally recognised standards required to practise safely, effectively and ethically. Registration is a legal requirement for practising podiatrists in the UK and provides reassurance that your care is delivered by qualified healthcare professionals.
As members of the Royal College of Podiatry, our clinicians are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice through continuing professional development, evidence-based care and adherence to the latest clinical guidance.
When you choose The Foot Clinic Leeds, you can be confident that you are receiving treatment from experienced, fully qualified professionals who are committed to providing safe, high-quality podiatry care.

Private Medical Insurance
If you have private medical insurance or a healthcare cash plan, you may be able to claim back the cost of your podiatry treatment. The level of reimbursement depends on the terms and conditions of your individual policy.
We are happy to provide receipts for patients claiming through many major providers, including Simplyhealth and Westfield Health. Your receipt will include all the information typically required to support a claim, including:
- Your name
- The date of your appointment and payment
- A description of the treatment provided
- The fee paid
- Your podiatrist's name and HCPC registration number
- A signature where required
If you would like to check your insurer's requirements before your appointment, we can also provide a sample receipt on request.
Please note that all appointments must be paid for at the time of your visit. As insurance policies vary between providers, it is your responsibility to check whether your treatment is covered and how to submit your claim.
Whilst we are pleased to provide comprehensive receipts to support your claim, we are unable to produce additional letters, reports or bespoke invoices for insurance purposes unless agreed in advance. Where additional documentation is requested, an administration fee may apply.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and that, occasionally, you may need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. We appreciate as much notice as possible, as this allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment and you receive our email reminders, simply click the link within the email to manage your booking online. Alternatively, please call us on 0113 266 7884. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
Appointments that are missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, may incur a £20 missed appointment fee.
However, if we are able to fill your appointment from our waiting list, no late cancellation fee will be charged. We believe this is a fair approach that helps us make appointments available to patients who need them, while recognising that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
Repeat Late Cancellations
Many healthcare providers now ask patients to pay for appointments in advance to help reduce missed appointments. At The Foot Clinic Leeds, we prefer not to do this and only ask for advance payment in exceptional circumstances where a patient has repeatedly failed to attend appointments or has cancelled at short notice.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your support helps us provide timely appointments for all of our patients.
