Here for You

We are here to give you the best possible services, so you leave with feet that feel healthier than when you arrived.  We work collaboratively and cooperatively with the NHS to ensure you get the very best services, whatever your needs.

Adel Clinic

Our second clinic is located in Adel at Adel Health and shares a building with other service providers such as chiropractors, nail salon and aesthetics.  Swift Microwave treatment is also available at the Adel clinic. Its located directly next to the Adel Pharmacy and has ample free parking.  The clinic is wheelchair accessible and has disabled customer toilets.  Please note wide electric wheelchairs may struggle due to a narrow corridor.

We are HCPC Registered and members of the Royal College of Podiatry

The Health and Care Professions Council is the regulator for health and care professions in the UK. The Royal College of Podiatry is the premier podiatry organisation in the UK which amongst other things provides professional practice guidance.

Private Medical Insurance

We can provide receipts for most major private health providers including but not limited to Simply Health and Westfield which allows you to claim back the cost of your visit as per your own individual terms and conditions.

Please ask any of our podiatrists for a receipt when you make payment and we will provide a receipt which contains details of the treatment, the date and time of payment, fee, podiatrist name and HCPC number, your name and its signed.  We can provide a sample if this helps you check in advance with your insurance provider.

It is your responsibility to check with your own insurance provider how they work as all payments must be made by the customer at the appointment, we regretfully cannot create additional invoices or letters for insurance providers.

Cancellation Policy

We totally understand patients may need to change their plans from time to time which may include being unable to attend their planned appointment.  The clinic has a waiting list for urgent appointments and when an appointment is cancelled this allows us to offer the slot to another patient.

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment please cancel providing at least 24 hours notice by calling 0113 266 7884, if the clinic is closed please leave a voicemail.

It is NOT possible to cancel or change appointments online.

If you fail to attend without cancelling or cancel with less than 24 hours notice we may charge a £10 missed appointment fee.

If an appointment is canceled late and we still manage to fill the appointment there will NOT be a late cancellation fee.

More clinics in the UK are starting to charge for appointments at the time of booking to mitigate non attendance.  We will only charge in advance where a patient repeatedly fails to attend or cancels late.
