Letter of Recommendation

If you have been seen and we need to send a letter by e-mail to your GP (with your consent) for a medical emergency, such as an ulcer, this will be done at no extra cost to you.

If you do not have a medical emergency and following your appointment you request a letter of recommendation for your employer, school or other professional this will be provided directly to you by your registered e-mail address for a £30 fee.
