Clinical Letters and Reports

If, following your appointment, we need to provide a letter or referral to your GP or the NHS Podiatry Team (with your consent) regarding a clinical concern, such as a foot ulcer or other condition requiring further medical support, this will be completed at no additional cost to you.

If you require a professional letter following your appointment for reasons such as employment, education, or another organisation, this can be prepared and provided directly to you within 5 working days using your registered email address.

All letters will contain information relevant to your assessment and treatment history.

The fee for this service is £30.
