Last Updated: August 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions set out the terms under which S&D Podiatry Ltd, trading as The Foot Clinic Leeds, provides podiatry and chiropody services to patients.

By booking an appointment, attending the Clinic, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We recommend that you read these terms carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us before receiving treatment.

2. Who We Are

The Foot Clinic Leeds is operated by:

S&D Podiatry Ltd
Trading as
The Foot Clinic Leeds

We provide professional podiatry and chiropody services from our clinics in Leeds.

All clinical services are provided by qualified healthcare professionals who are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and follow relevant professional standards.

3. Our Services

We provide a range of podiatry and foot health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice relating to foot and lower limb conditions.

The treatment recommended will depend on your individual circumstances, clinical assessment and health needs.

We reserve the right to recommend alternative treatment options or advise that another healthcare professional is consulted where we believe this is in your best interests.

4. Consent to Treatment

Before treatment begins, your podiatrist will carry out an appropriate assessment and discuss relevant findings, treatment options and any advice required.

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • You understand the information provided.
  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions.
  • You consent to the proposed treatment.

You are encouraged to discuss any concerns before or during treatment.

While we always aim to provide the highest standard of care, treatment outcomes can vary between individuals and we cannot guarantee a specific result.

5. Patient Responsibilities

To help us provide safe and effective treatment, patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, medication and health conditions.
  • Inform us of any changes to their health that may affect treatment.
  • Follow advice and aftercare instructions provided by their podiatrist.
  • Attend appointments on time.
  • Treat our staff and other patients with courtesy and respect.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect our ability to provide safe and appropriate treatment.

6. Fees and Payment

Treatment fees will be explained before treatment begins.

Payment is required at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

We accept payment by the methods displayed at the Clinic.

We reserve the right to amend our prices. Any changes will not affect treatment already paid for.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

We understand that occasionally patients need to change or cancel appointments.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments where no notice is provided, may incur a missed appointment fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future appointments requiring payment in advance.

This policy helps us maintain appointment availability and allows us to offer cancelled appointments to other patients.

8. Treatment Outcomes

Podiatry treatments are provided based on professional assessment, clinical judgement and your individual circumstances.

While we always aim to achieve the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee that treatment will completely resolve a condition or prevent future problems.

Treatment outcomes may be influenced by factors including:

  • General health.
  • Existing medical conditions.
  • Healing ability.
  • Lifestyle factors.
  • Following treatment and aftercare advice.

We will always provide appropriate advice and recommendations based on your individual needs.

If you have a concern, complaint or feel that we have not met your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and respond appropriately.

Complaints are handled confidentially and in accordance with our professional responsibilities.

We value patient feedback as it helps us continually improve our services.

You remain responsible for any fees that are not covered by a third party.
